The weather was perfect. It was cloudy and a little drizzly which kept us from melting.
Zach was very sad to find out that the zebra had died of old age. Luckily we passed through Zephyr, TX on the way home and he got to see three zebras from the comfort of our car.
Thursday afternoon and night we toured the Alamo and walked along the Riverwalk. We ended the evening with a swim in the hotel pool.
Did I miss Day 1? Looks like fun. Why isn't Tim wearing orange?;) I'll have to get more info from you about the zoo.
ReplyDeletedid you like the zoo? i loooove the small come to jesus meeting. ours just never seem to be small...more like ginormous. praise the lord for drizzle and clouds. melting would have been an understatement. mak wanted to know if y'all saw the whale that ate the trainer. oh my.
